Leah has been the most wonderful, gentle and reliable guide as I have learnt to become more present in my body and in the rest of my life. She has been unwaveringly compassionate, heart centered, and present. One of her greatest and most helpful skills is how well she is able to attune to me during sessions and always stay open to following her intuition. She has taught me so much about the deeper aspects of yoga and how these can be applied to all areas of life and has made it feel safe to be fully in my body and in the world again.
I really think Leah has an innate skill for working with trauma through yoga and I'd highly recommend her to anyone with this background, or anyone just wanting to learn about themselves and experience more yoga!
Leah’s yoga classes are nourishing and focus on the needs of all the participants. Leah is a compassionate teacher and always welcoming and supportive, her Yoga Nidra's are wonderful. I always come out of the class feeling better than I went in.

I love Leah's retreats because she teaches real yoga, authentic yoga - using breathwork, visualisation, chanting and nidra in addition to the asanas. She blends the traditional with the modern, explaining the relevance of ancient philosophies for our current times and encouraging our individual development in body, mind and spirit.
She is a wise woman, readily sharing her knowledge, learning and understanding of the world and the human body. I always enjoy my time with her. She has a lovely sense of humour and a relaxed and compassionate nature.
