Testimonials:

"I came to this course with a background of LC. I wanted to learn more about how yoga therapy could aid my recovery, and how I could use my knowledge to improve my health and also that of others. I have found the course really intellectually stimulating .... in practical terms, I have found that teaching this “new style” of yoga to my students has been of real benefit to them ..... I have found the feedback very positive." Stephanie, 2022.

Thank you Charlotte and Leah for an authentic and non-dogmatic learning experience delivered with such depth, inspiration and humour! I will very much look forward to learning from and practicing with you both in future. Overall the course has served as a powerful new chapter in my ever evolving yoga practice, teaching and learning…….I have learned that some of the most powerful tools are subtle and refined and do not resemble gross or large movements or breathing patterns." Lisa 2022.

“There were so many aspects of the course that influenced me. Such as to step away from assumptions and expectations as a yoga teacher, meeting the student where they are in the present moment. To keep things simple, spacious with non-judgement, sensitivity, compassion and empathy for the student and to hold a safe space. Enabling them to have the stillness, silence, spaciousness and freedom to ‘let go.’ Learning how to be mindful of the language I use and not having any definitive outcome in mind for each practice. Being careful not to use triggering words. Learning that it’s more about the journey, exploring and being curious, inquiry.” Inga Hass – Spring 2024 course.
